We got an email from a homeowner one afternoon who was impressed with our portfolio and looking to have quality images taken of her home as a keepsake. She had just completed renovations on her historic Livermore home and wanted the images to showcase all of the finishing touches. Being a real estate photography service, we were sure we could give her exactly what she needed. Her request was intriguing: it’s not too often people want keepsake images of their homes. We had no idea just how nice this historic beauty would be! It is immaculate, top to bottom. There is no unflattering part in the entire home. The first thing we told the homeowner upon arriving was that we’d take select photos of key interior spaces, with the sun being so low and dancing through the windows, before shooting the entire property.
Exterior Real Estate Photography
The exterior of the home is perfect both in the front yard and the rear. The front yard has a peaceful patio with two adirondack lounge chairs that are walled off by a large hedge. You could sit there all day with people walking or driving by and they would never see you.
If “people watching” is your fancy there is a porch with a love seat for you to gaze out onto the street.
The back of the home is an absolute entertainer’s paradise. Outdoor couches, a dining table, BBQ grill, a hot tub and shade covering give this home high marks for anyone looking to spend more time outdoors.

The inside of the home is equally as spectacular. It features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The main bathroom of this historic beauty hearkens back to a bygone era, complete with shiny chrome, granite with an Art Deco inlay and even a frosted glass door displaying the word “BATH”.
Throughout this Livermore home, little details are there to remind you of the age of the property. From the hinges and knobs on the doors to the old record player and radio, it all comes together in a beautiful and seamless way.
…And a Little Surprise Downstairs
Going down an inconspicuous staircase at the rear of the home, you descend into a truly elegant space. It’s as if you were just invited down to the owner’s private dining room at the House of Prime Rib in San Francisco. It is an absolute masterpiece. You can sit at a small cozy table or at the bar that sits in front of a large wine cellar. We must say that homes are homes, but this one is something truly special and we will always remember it that way.
